It is fully remote and includes an annual salary plus performance-based lead bonuses.

Leads EMEA SDR client programs by recruiting, coaching, and scaling multi-country teams. Manages client relationships, develops culturally adapted outbound strategies, oversees prospect databases and CRM buildouts, and creates reporting dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms. The role monitors performance, delivers client reports, improves SDR playbooks and messaging, and partners with internal teams to drive pipeline, client satisfaction, and retention across diverse EMEA markets.
