Reproduce, debug, and escalate complex issues; coordinate production incident response and root-cause analyses; guide developers; build support automation and self-service tools; and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and serve as a trusted technical advisor to high-profile customers.
