Provide SaaS application support (primarily Adobe Sign/DocuSign) via ServiceNow, manage vendor and integration relationships, maintain runbooks and technical diagrams, lead onboarding and AP integrations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, support escalations, document resiliency and compliance, and assist with application strategy.

Conduct RCA and variance analysis, document As-Is/To-Be processes, identify automation opportunities, create BRDs, use task mining and simulation to model workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare executive reports, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.

Serve as payroll subject matter expert managing payroll and payroll-related tax processes using ADP and Workday. Ensure SOX compliance, perform quarter- and year-end tax balancing for multiple FEINs, conduct data integrity audits, maintain SOPs and LWI documentation, resolve escalated payroll inquiries, interact with third-party providers and Centers of Excellence, and support training and special projects.

Support revenue and pricing strategy through modeling, analytics, and econometrics. Assist in setting deal/product pricing, guide negotiation value, create offer designs, and target profitability. Perform routine analyst tasks using Excel and follow established procedures under supervision.

Process payroll accurately and on time, maintain payroll records, calculate overtime/shift pay/commissions/bonuses, manage taxes and deductions, prepare regulatory and management reports, and respond to employee payroll questions under direct supervision.
