Provide support and administration for the Genesys Cloud CX platform, resolve customer issues, manage tickets and critical incidents, create technical documentation and knowledge base articles, and apply analytical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.

Manage customer shipment billing and order data: assign billing groups/facilities, research unmatched transactions and exception lines, resolve root causes, develop solutions, and support invoicing.
