Owns IFS Cloud environment and release management, including deployments, governance, configuration, integrations, and change controls. Leads data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, bulk uploads, and platform standardization. Supports PSO integrations and MWO entities while coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multiple change streams. Lead product strategy and roadmap for Dentally, build and mentor a high-performing product team, embed discovery and data-informed practices, champion generative AI/automation, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt products for regional markets, drive adoption and revenue opportunities, and own recruitment and development of product staff.

Lead a team of 4-6 software engineers with ~40% hands-on technical work. Drive architecture, coding standards, CI/CD, observability, incident playbooks, SLOs, and predictable delivery. Collaborate with Product and stakeholders, improve developer workflows and tooling, automate toil, and recruit and develop talent while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
