The Senior Director, Legal & Compliance will provide legal advice, lead the Legal & Compliance team, manage compliance programs, and ensure adherence to regional laws across EMEA and LATAM.

Lead development and execution of global QMS strategy for digital health (SaMD, AI/ML, cloud, automation). Embed regulatory and quality requirements across product lifecycle, establish governance, manage risk-based software lifecycle and post-market surveillance, and advise stakeholders on emerging digital regulatory expectations.
