Advises HR and business leaders on salary reviews, market pricing, equity, incentives, benefits, pay equity, compliance, and governance. Partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, vendors, and global Total Rewards teams to ensure effective program delivery, analyze workforce data, improve processes, and support organizational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
