Lead strategic enterprise customers in realizing value from Atlassian products through trusted-advisor engagements, success plans, adoption strategies, risk mitigation, QBRs, cross-functional collaboration, and expansion of Atlassian solutions.

Lead post-sale, time-bound engagements to help enterprise customers adopt Atlassian Strategy Collection (Jira Align, Focus, Talent, Rovo). Conduct executive discovery, design solutions and rollouts, define value metrics, build governance and playbooks, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide product feedback, and coach peers to scale adoption. Travel up to 15%.

Provide technical pre-sales support for enterprise new-logo accounts across EMEA, conducting discovery, delivering tailored value-based demonstrations, advising on Atlassian solutions, and partnering with sales to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead enterprise sales for Southern Europe accounts: develop and execute territory and named account plans, prospect and qualify opportunities, build C-level relationships, negotiate complex contracts, collaborate with channel and product teams, provide forecasting and account planning, drive expansion across product portfolio, and travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Lead and grow a distributed Solutions Engineering team across the Nordics and BeNeLux to win complex enterprise deals. Hire, coach, and operate as a player-coach; drive technical discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and executive presentations; run forecasting and SE operations; embed AI fluency and scale repeatable presales playbooks.

Manage and grow a book of enterprise accounts across Benelux and Nordics by driving retention, expansion, upsell and cross-sell across Atlassian's product portfolio. Build executive relationships, own end-to-end sales and renewal cycles, perform account planning and whitespace analysis, forecast revenue, and collaborate with global sales and partner teams to accelerate growth.
