The Strategic Account Director will develop growth strategies, manage international sales cycles, build relationships with global partners, and represent the company at education forums.

Generate new business and manage full sales cycles across UK schools and trusts through outbound prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing and customer success, attend industry events, and support renewals and expansions while staying current on EdTech trends.

Manage a portfolio of UK and Ireland schools and trusts to drive renewals, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, conduct account reviews, monitor account health, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption and customer success while maintaining records in Salesforce.
