Measure and optimize underwriting using statistical analysis and machine learning on claims, risk signals, and underwriting data. Build models for risk assessment, pricing, and automation; create dashboards and reports; collaborate with actuarial, product, and engineering teams; lead initiatives and mentor team members to improve underwriting efficiency and risk selection.

Manage complex cyber, tech, and media insurance claims: coordinate breach response vendors, evaluate coverage and liability, set reserves, handle litigation, liaise with brokers and partner carriers, support underwriting and business development, and lead client engagement and training.

Design and implement scalable detections, enrichment, triage logic, and automated response workflows for the Wirespeed Verdict Engine. Own complex threat detection problem spaces from investigation through implementation and iteration, analyze operational data to reduce false positives/negatives and latency, mentor teammates, and partner with product, engineering, and security to improve platform capabilities and customer outcomes.
