Handle inbound incident calls in Swedish and English to triage and document identity theft, fraud, and breach cases. Provide courteous support, gather evidence, liaise with creditors and agencies, escalate complex incidents, and coordinate remediation with internal teams.

Serve as primary operational owner for strategic customers: lead onboarding, training, implementations, operational reviews, and fraud analysis. Drive adoption, deliver projects, provide insights, support renewals/expansions, and act as trusted advisor across multiple time zones.
