Serve as senior relationship owner for high-value Coinbase clients: manage complex escalations end-to-end, drive onboarding and product adoption, mentor junior agents, surface customer feedback, and partner cross-functionally to deliver systemic fixes and improve retention and satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end relationships with Coinbase's highest-value customers, resolve complex escalations cross-functionally, drive onboarding and product adoption, mentor junior Concierge agents, surface customer feedback to improve processes, and provide on-call support including weekends.

Provide commercial legal support for Coinbases institutional products across UK and international markets. Negotiate and draft complex institutional finance agreements (prime brokerage, derivatives, securities financing), advise on product lifecycle, regulatory and cross-border legal risk, lead cross-functional legal workstreams, and build scalable commercial processes and risk frameworks to support global growth.
