Improve upgrade reliability, design CI/CD and observability integrations, collaborate across engineering, and mentor teammates to raise security, performance, and maintainability.

Lead the full product lifecycle for Coder Agents: define vision and strategy, validate new personas, research customer needs, ship GA and scale, partner with engineering/design/GTM, shape pricing/licensing, lead enterprise customer conversations, and mentor other PMs.
