Creates evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents, and deployment configurations while guiding organizational adoption and collaborating with Anthropic product and engineering teams.

Advise engineering teams on AI-native SDLC practices, run workshops, scope engagements, and guide organizational adoption across engineering and business functions. Collaborate directly with Anthropic on customer implementations and product feedback.

Owns end-to-end AI transformation engagements for enterprise customers, from scoping and SOW development through delivery, closure, and expansion. The role manages scope, timelines, budgets, resources, executive stakeholders, and Applied AI Architect teams while driving adoption and measurable Claude usage growth. It also develops scalable delivery methodologies, templates, and processes, partners with Anthropic account teams, and travels to customer sites 10–20% of the time.
