Develop and optimize performance marketing creatives for mobile music apps. Responsibilities include testing creative hypotheses, researching audiences and competitors, developing hooks, monitoring advertising dashboards and UA metrics, tracking trends, briefing motion and graphic designers, managing end-to-end production, and collaborating with Product and User Acquisition teams to improve campaign performance.

Leads the creative production function by translating company goals into team KPIs, managing hiring and development, planning capacity, and aligning creative priorities with Product, PMM, and User Acquisition teams. Owns production processes, automation, tooling, documentation, rituals, and knowledge sharing while improving asset launch speed and performance. The role manages budgets and resources and is designed to grow into Head of Creative Production.

Conduct market and user research, identify product growth opportunities, develop and prioritize hypotheses, and design, execute, and analyze growth experiments. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, comfort with product metrics and spreadsheets, and the ability to use AI and automation tools to accelerate user-journey development and launches.
