Write and optimize acquisition-focused digital copy for Meta and Google ads, websites, landing pages, blogs, and organic search. Develop audience-specific messaging, SEO content, A/B test variants, CTAs, and campaign adaptations for parents considering tuition. Collaborate with brand, channel, design, and digital teams, analyze performance, document insights, and improve copy. The role is remote, UK-based, permanent, and part-time at three days per week.

Manage HubSpot and the customer lifecycle across prospect nurturing, onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and win-back campaigns. Build segmented, automated journeys across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications; oversee CRM data quality, campaign calendars, testing, deliverability, consent compliance, and performance reporting. Partner with product, engineering, CX, and operations teams to improve integrations and the CRM roadmap while driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.
