Lead Roblox game projects from concept through live operations alongside the Director of Games. Maintain high quality standards, provide direct feedback, challenge ideas, identify and remove production risks, support developers across programming, design, and art, manage milestones and delivery, protect the game vision, and improve development through strong judgment and decision-making.

Develop scalable Roblox gameplay systems, mechanics, progression, economy, UI, audio, and visual features using Roblox Studio and Luau. Optimize client and server performance, debug existing systems, and own features from concept through live release. Collaborate with artists, designers, and founders while contributing to long-term live products, rapid prototyping, and player retention.
