Provides first- and second-line deskside, remote, and back-office IT support across international sites. Responsibilities include resolving hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, and connectivity incidents; supporting Windows, macOS, devices, servers, and enterprise applications; managing user accounts, onboarding, patching, security controls, and asset documentation; delivering user training; maintaining knowledge articles; and contributing to IT improvements, deployments, and projects.

Supports the Finance Manager with accounts payable and receivable, accruals, journals, VAT and Intrastat returns, statistical reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, trial balances, audit preparation, intercompany accounting, and management recharges. The role maintains accurate financial records, monitors project expenditure, resolves reconciliation differences, and liaises with internal stakeholders and external auditors. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position open only to current Eakin Healthcare employees.

Provides senior third-line technical support across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems. Administers Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, networking, and hybrid identity environments; resolves complex incidents, performs root-cause analysis, manages patching and lifecycle activities, monitors security alerts, and implements automation and infrastructure improvements. The role also supports change initiatives, maintains technical documentation, mentors support colleagues, and collaborates with vendors and business stakeholders.
