Maintain mine-action information management systems, databases, data flows, and quality-control processes. Produce GIS maps, web maps, visualizations, analyses, and prioritization tools using ArcGIS and related platforms. Support mobile data collection, SQL reporting, UNMAS data transfers, staff training, and sector technical working groups. The role supervises data-collection staff and requires English and Arabic proficiency, with rotational deployment in Gaza and regional travel.

Supports the Global Safeguarding Lead in embedding safeguarding across international programmes and headquarters. Responsibilities include monitoring safeguarding reviews and action plans, conducting risk assessments, strengthening partner capacity, delivering training, developing communications and reporting mechanisms, supporting survivor-centred case management and investigations, coordinating recruitment practices and communities of practice, and contributing to donor, statutory, policy, and regulatory reporting.

Leads strategic HR partnership across HALO’s international programmes, advising programme leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, safeguarding, employment law, duty of care, risk and organisational capability. Oversees complex case escalation, HR assurance, policy application across jurisdictions, leadership coaching, and regional HR development. Partners with HR Operations to maintain consistent standards, improve processes and address workforce risks across complex, high-risk operating environments.
