Reverse-engineer viral mechanics, craft hooks, pacing, emotional payoff, CTAs, and own measurable goals like views, follower growth, and engagement.

Lead organic Instagram growth for a high-growth personal brand: design and execute growth strategies, create and publish high-converting storytelling content, manage and coach a small content team, repurpose existing media, track KPIs, and continuously optimize the funnel to attract and convert the right audience.

Qualify and engage high-intent, high-value leads via phone, build and maintain a buyers list/CRM, handle objections, position higher-ticket upsells, and collaborate with closers and leadership to maximize conversions and revenue.

Lead creative strategy and copy for paid funnels: generate high-volume ad concepts, hooks, and scripts (including VSLs and faceless/AI-avatar formats), build low-ticket offers that scale on cold Meta traffic, own funnel messaging from ad to checkout, and collaborate with editors and Head of Marketing to iterate based on performance.

Provide high-trust executive operations support to the CEO: own and optimize calendar, run the follow-up/action engine, manage company project systems, lead hiring operations, oversee content ops (delivery only), analyze monthly P&L and payroll, and execute personal/local projects. Build systems, hold leaders accountable, and scale into a Chief of Staff role over 3–18 months.
