Manage Biffa’s day-to-day social media activity, including content creation, editing, scheduling, publishing, repurposing, and performance optimisation. Maintain the social content calendar, support integrated communications campaigns, collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and coordinate multimedia assets. Monitor channel performance, identify engagement opportunities, support real-time communications, and provide insights for future campaigns.

Develop and manage Biffa’s strategic communications planning, campaigns, editorial pipeline, messaging, and channel strategy. Coordinate corporate affairs, marketing, internal communications, PR, social media, thought leadership, executive profiling, and community engagement across a complex organization. Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts, maintain consistent corporate narratives, and use data and performance measurement to improve communications impact across reputation, growth, policy influence, and community objectives.
