Support the SHEQ Manager to develop and implement HSE plans, perform internal audits and inspections, manage training and PPE, investigate incidents and implement lessons learned, ensure legislative compliance, and coordinate statutory testing and accreditation activities.

The General Operative is responsible for sorting, dismantling, and recycling Small Domestic Appliances, ensuring safety and compliance in a physically demanding environment while supporting operational efficiency.
