Act as first point of contact for consumer enquiries across phone, email, chat and social. Investigate, resolve and escalate complaints within SLAs, record contacts in CMS, produce stakeholder reports, support Quality & Food Safety, handle consumer data per regulations, and identify process improvements to protect brand reputation and enhance customer experience.
