Designs and builds complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Own day-to-day U.S. business immigration casework, including H-1B, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, and green card processes. Coordinate employees, candidates, recruiters, People Ops, hiring managers, and external immigration counsel; track cases, resolve obstacles, answer travel and immigration questions, and maintain documentation. Identify and lead process improvements as the function grows while providing clear, reliable, empathetic service in a rapidly changing policy environment.
