The Risk Manager supports risk management processes, facilitates risk workshops, maintains risk data, conducts assessments, and implements mitigation actions to ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives and quality standards.

Develop and implement ISO31000-aligned risk management frameworks across programmes and projects. Perform quantitative risk analysis, use risk tools and dashboards, integrate risk with project controls (cost, schedule, change), and produce reports to support decision-making on Defence, Rail, Infrastructure and Digital/AI commissions.

Lead Project Management Commissions for complex projects, ensuring client objectives are met. Responsibilities include project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Lead end-to-end delivery of major, complex capital programmes (£250m+), setting strategy and governance, managing multidisciplinary teams, cost/schedule/risk controls, commercial performance, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.

Manage requirements capture, validation, verification and registers for Defence and regulated projects. Develop strategic requirements, produce requirements management plans and documentation, run workshops and training, collaborate with stakeholders, and support project scope through RIBA-aligned processes. Frequent client-site engagement and work across complex programmes including Nuclear.

Lead stakeholder mapping, relationship management and change delivery for workplace transformation programs. Design change strategies, run workshops, generate insights, manage resources, support bids, and translate technical impacts for executive audiences.
