Own paid user acquisition for a consumer subscription product, primarily through Meta, while expanding into Google and TikTok. Manage account structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, CAC, ROAS, cohort payback, attribution, reporting, and subscription economics. Build performance marketing infrastructure, run audience and creative tests, forecast spend, and automate reporting and campaign operations using AI and platform APIs. This fully remote contractor role requires hands-on ownership of acquisition strategy and measurable revenue growth.

Produce and optimize static, motion, and UGC-style paid ads for Meta, Google, and TikTok. Own the creative testing pipeline from hypothesis through launch, performance analysis, and iteration. Translate metrics such as hook rate and CTR into new creative concepts, maintain brand consistency across placements, and use Recraft Studio and AI tools in production. Collaborate with performance marketing, user acquisition, creative, and product teams to establish Recraft’s performance creative function.
