Collaborate with product, design, data, and AI specialists to prioritize roadmaps and build adaptive learning capabilities. Help evolve engineering processes, reliability, delivery speed, and team structure in a fast-growing education technology company.

Supports month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost analysis, payroll, payments, audits, statutory reporting, and financial controls. Prepares board and investor materials, manages external finance partners, improves processes through automation, and develops financial models. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced spreadsheet skills, analytical ability, commercial judgment, and excellent organization.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features across backend services and a React frontend. Deliver testable, performant backend services and reusable frontend components. Contribute to multi-stack production systems, shape architecture and domain boundaries, own CI/CD, containerisation, observability, and production behaviour. Use AI tools to accelerate engineering while reviewing and hardening generated code. Participate in code reviews, improve reliability, security, and scalability, and raise engineering standards.
