Own payroll accounting operations across multiple markets, including processing, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. Develop accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable process improvements; support automation and financial systems implementations; collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams; and assist with employee equity grant processing. The role requires strong payroll accounting expertise, technical accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and experience in high-growth or public-company environments.

Design and deploy dynamic, feedback-driven pricing systems for a bid-based marketplace. Model elasticity, supply/demand responses, and long-term feedback; develop real-time pricing algorithms; run and analyze A/B experiments; productionize scalable models with engineering; monitor system stability and contribute to methodological choices including optimization and RL-inspired approaches.
