Lead a small multidisciplinary growth team (3 engineers) in activation, onboarding, feature adoption and foundational domains (Auth, User Management, Payments). Hands-on manager who codes, reviews and shapes architecture; partners with Product and Design to run experiments/A-B tests, measure impact, improve delivery and coach engineers to grow while owning delivery and quality.
