The Customer Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, enhance customer success, and promote AI-driven security solutions while collaborating across teams and requiring travel to client sites.

Provide operational support for EMEA sales: maintain CRM hygiene, own Salesforce reporting and dashboards, manage Google and Microsoft deal registrations, support partner/channel operations, SOW and CPQ workflows, drive lead-to-deal pipeline, and coordinate GTM campaign reporting to align regional metrics with global standards.
