Manage NAV production and investor allocations for alternative funds. Review cash and position reconciliations, calculate management and carried interest/performance fees, prepare expense schedules, assist with financial statements and audits, act as client operational contact, mentor junior staff, and support ad hoc projects.

Process client and fund payments, prepare payment runs using online banking systems, maintain supplier records, handle callbacks, ensure filing and post-payment controls, answer payment queries, support KPI and quality-control tracking, and collaborate with local and global administration teams to meet SLAs and compliance procedures.

Support the Investor Services team by administering closed-ended and private equity fund structures, handling investor onboarding and queries, preparing notices, maintaining investor registers, monitoring cash drawdowns, assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting, and ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.

Provide depositary administration for a portfolio of funds ensuring AIFMD compliance through cash monitoring, asset verification and oversight; review governing documents, subscriptions and distributions; maintain asset registers; produce quarterly and annual reports; liaise with clients and intermediaries and ensure accurate records and controls.

Support the CDD team for alternative investments/global funds by performing investor CDD reviews, screening, and investor structure analysis. Liaise with compliance, administrators, managers and directors to resolve CDD deficiencies, maintain trackers and documentation, provide team guidance, deputise for the CDD manager, and ensure regulatory AML/CFT compliance and accurate record-keeping.
