Manage strategic law firm and corporate legal accounts, building executive relationships, driving retention, upsell and cross-sell growth, and guiding clients from on-premises systems to cloud-based SaaS. Maintain CRM account plans and forecasts, identify account risks, collaborate with Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, support onboarding and adoption, and advocate for customer needs. The role is remote within the UK time zone and requires 25–50% travel.
