Provide mobile funeral arranging services: meet clients, arrange visits, handle enquiries, maintain branch standards, manage digital records and invoicing, assist with care and safe handling of the deceased, and perform general administrative duties.

Lead financial management of SAP transformation programmes: oversee budgets, forecasts and spend; monitor business case performance and benefits realisation; provide financial insight to programme leaders and senior stakeholders; produce governance reporting; manage project cost centres and maintain financial controls.

Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, improve processes through AI and automation, troubleshoot platform solutions, support governance, and provide technical coaching to engineers and citizen developers.
