Manages a strategic global technology customer account across contract logistics and freight forwarding. Serves as the primary operational contact, coordinates cross-functional delivery, monitors KPIs, supports renewals and new business, and drives onboarding, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Builds stakeholder relationships, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, manages risks, and maintains customer satisfaction. International travel of up to 30% is required.

Serve as regional WMS subject-matter expert linking Operations, IT and the Global WMS Centre of Excellence. Drive WMS strategy, design, implementation, testing, configuration and continuous improvement across multi-site warehouse operations. Support legacy replacements, champion standard capabilities over customisations, provide first-line support, training, and stakeholder engagement including Sales and customers.

Coordinate ro-ro port operations for vessels serving Zeebrugge and Rotterdam: ensure health & safety, liaise with customers and stakeholders, manage damage control, coordinate unit movements, and keep vessels to schedule.
