Manage a high-volume, complex employee relations caseload, including appeals and tribunal preparation. Advise managers through restructures, organisational change, consultations, disciplinary and grievance processes. Maintain compliant UK&I employment policies, coach managers, represent the company in formal meetings, and collaborate with the wider People team on HR improvement projects.
