The Deposits Manager will optimize funding strategies, manage Treasury functions related to deposits, and maintain compliance. Responsibilities include data analysis and market monitoring for retail and business deposits, governance compliance, and developing Treasury systems.

Lead the launch and commercial growth of unsecured loans via broker channels. Build and manage a national BDM team, drive P&L, shape product and credit appetite, execute broker marketing and engagement, own performance reporting, and ensure outstanding broker and customer experience while operating within governance and credit policies.

Lead development, launch and regional origination of a cashflow lending product for SMEs. Structure, negotiate and execute facilities, manage portfolio relationships and risk, present credit proposals, and ensure efficient documentation and compliance while promoting the product across professional networks.
