Manages purchase order creation, amendments, funding, reconciliation, and lifecycle processes in SAP/Ariba. Translates contract terms into compliant purchase orders, monitors budgets and invoices, supports accruals and financial close, generates operational reports, and partners with R&D, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Accounts Payable. Serves as an Ariba/SAP subject matter expert and trains stakeholders on procure-to-pay procedures and controls.

Manages clinical trial and vendor contracts, including reviewing legal documents, negotiating terms, assessing risks, maintaining contract records, and advising internal teams on compliance, interpretation, and dispute resolution. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of contract management experience, knowledge of contract law and clinical trial regulations, strong analytical skills, and approximately 5% travel.

Manages sales operations by analyzing performance, pipeline, forecasting, and market data; developing dashboards, reports, and forecasting models; improving sales processes and data governance; supporting commercial tools and systems; partnering with Sales, Finance, Business Development, and Operations leaders; leading continuous improvement; and coaching junior team members.
