The Engagement Lead is responsible for managing all team members' activities and communications during the engagement, both externally and internally. This role involves leading technical conversations, educating clients, guiding them on decision-making, managing project workstreams, and ensuring the success of the engagement. The Engagement Lead must possess excellent time management, organizational skills, technical abilities, and the ability to mentor and coach team members globally.
