Lead and scale the EMEA BDR organization across multiple regions, coach outbound/inbound BDRs, drive pipeline growth through aligned sales and marketing programs, standardize processes and KPIs, analyze performance data to optimize results, and partner cross-functionally to build a scalable pipeline generation engine.

Generate qualified sales meetings by prospecting target accounts, qualifying needs, and building relationships with decision-makers and internal sales teams. Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline.
