Own POS vision, strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, payments attachment, AI capabilities, and platform evolution. Manage and develop multiple Product Manager teams while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and executive leadership. Drive merchant growth, adoption, revenue, and roadmap delivery across international markets, presenting major product decisions to executives and the board.

Lead the international finance function during maternity leave coverage, overseeing reporting, controls, treasury, tax, statutory compliance, audits, and lender reporting. Manage and develop the finance team, improve management accounts and reporting processes, maintain balance sheet integrity and month-end close, and optimize finance systems including Sage Intacct. Support the Finance team by performing daily reconciliation of payment gateways and bank accounts, resolve unreconciled transactions, maintain reconciliation schedules and audit trails, assist month-end cash and bank close activities, and liaise with internal teams to obtain supporting documentation and escalate discrepancies.

Own the Embedded Accounting product roadmap end-to-end: define and prioritise features, work with engineering and design to ship releases, gather weekly customer insight, measure adoption and commercial metrics, and embed AI/automation to simplify bookkeeping and financial workflows for SMBs.

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Build and maintain end-to-end processes, integrations and web services, document processes, support users, deliver system changes, and ensure system reliability.
