Administers and maintains the global LMS, including course workflows, training assignments, user accounts, reporting, support documentation, security configurations, and audit records. Resolves user and system issues, coordinates with IT and vendors, supports compliance inspections, develops guidelines and FAQs, trains end users, mentors team members, and leads assigned training projects. The role requires strong LMS expertise, customer service, communication, organization, and knowledge of pharmaceutical or CRO environments.

Negotiate, draft, review, and finalize clinical trial site agreements and related contracts with UK sites. Responsibilities include negotiating contract language and budgets, reviewing study costs, quality-checking documents, coordinating with legal, privacy, study, sponsor, regulatory, and site teams, facilitating signatures, maintaining contract records, and preparing amendments or termination documents. The role requires clinical research or CRO experience, UK site negotiation expertise, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, analytical, and risk mitigation skills.

Coordinates global learning and development operations, including training logistics, calendars, learner communications, rosters, attendance tracking, materials, evaluations, and session closeout. Partners with facilitators, subject-matter experts, LMS administrators, People Partners, and business stakeholders to deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs. Maintains training trackers, catalogs, SharePoint resources, and standardized workflows while identifying process improvements and supporting learning program planning across global time zones.
