Inclusive Hiring Practices

Taboola ensures its hiring process is inclusive and fair by providing training on diverse hiring and bias prevention for managers and other internal interviewers. Whenever there are female candidates in a hiring process, Taboola ensures that at least one woman participates as an interviewer. (This is especially important for technical roles where female interviewer representation is typically lower.)

Our talent acquisition and employer branding teams utilize AI to avoid gendered language and present job descriptions in a neutral and respectful way, that aims to speak equally to all genders. Taboola also partners with organizations that promote women in tech to expand our female talent pipeline and increase the percentage of women hired into both technical and non-technical roles.

Taboola uses a dedicated diversity dashboard that tracks the percentage of women in the pipeline at any given time, as well as the percentage of women hired.
