You will have a chance to:
- Support the team in delivering services to customers
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Participate in customer meetings and follow-up activities
- Help track service delivery activities and action items
- Learn how Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer contracts work
- Collaborate with local and global teams
- Identify and raise potential risks or issues to the team
- Learn Ericsson's tools, processes, and ways of working
To be successful in the role you have:
- A recent degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Polish nice to have
