Have you finished your technical studies recently and are searching for a place to develop? Maybe you have been working for another global company for a year and now it's time to join the technological revolution in Ericsson? If so, we fit together! We are looking for a fresh graduate or a candidate with little work experience who wishes to start their career within a big international organization in Junior Learning Consultant Role. Learning Services Team run development of the customer training programs, preparation of the formal offers and training delivery to the customers. As a Junior Learning Consultant, you will join our team and support us in day to day administration and logistic activities for Northern and Central Europe.
Together with other coordinators you will be driving customer engagements, ensuring that Learning Services projects are fulfilled with quality and in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to get to know the business environment by working closely with the customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training coordination including preparing training logistic,
  • Support the trainers and training participants,
  • Preparing the training venues,
  • Daily contact with trainers and vendors,
  • Providing support to the team with incoming inquiries,
  • Meeting scheduling and preparing the time tables,
  • Preparing training materials.

Key Qualifications:
  • Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g. Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or similar) - but this is not mandatory,
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet changing training environment,
  • Proficiency in English and Polish - oral and written,
  • Technical background will be a huge advantage (preferably telecommunication/IT),
  • Ability to work independently and in a team,
  • Ability to work under strong pressure related to scale of business impact,
  • "hands on" approach and a "can do" attitude.

It's a huge plus if you have:
  • Experience in an international working environment will be taken as an advantage,
  • Understanding of project management activities,
  • Interest in technology evolution will be an asset.
