We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer interfacing and delivery coordination during Radio Access Network (RAN) swap and rollout activities. You will play a key role in supporting network transformation activities, providing technical guidance, coordinating troubleshooting, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with project and operational requirements.
What you will do
- Act as the primary customer interface during RAN swap and rollout activities, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate migration and integration of network elements while ensuring service continuity
- Provide remote software and hardware support for contracted sites after swap to ensure stability and performance
- Lead and coordinate migration of external alarms from legacy vendors to Ericsson systems
- Perform network analysis to identify issues and coordinate troubleshooting with operations and field teams
- Create, review, and execute implementation and acceptance test cases
- Organize and supervise field troubleshooting activities to validate performance and service readiness
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices to support smooth network operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in mobile networks, preferably in RAN swap, rollout, or integration projects
- Strong understanding of RAN technologies and multi-vendor network environments
- Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, analysis tools, and operational processes
- Knowledge of vendor platforms including Ericsson is an advantage
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Financial awareness and basic negotiation understanding is a plus
- Fluent Polish Language
