We are looking for passionate Project Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.
A Day in the Life of a Project Manager will include
- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders and external vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to achieve project objectives
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct project assessments and lead lessons learned sessions
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate change management processes
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management
- Experience in running digitization projects is considered an asset
- Experience with quality procedures (e.g ISO 9001) related to project audits
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g MS Project , Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
Additional Qualification, knowledge and skills:
- Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
