Description

Headquartered in Ioannina, with offices in Athens, Switzerland and Germany, Natech is at the forefront of digital banking innovation. Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing the implementation of the Natech products within the Project Plan and by the Natech Delivery Methodology and customers' business objectives. Our Project Managers takes the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting, and the continuing maintenance of good customer relations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects (completion of the Project Definition Document).
  • Proactively forecast and monitor revenues for the project ensuring budget and estimate they are in line with the contractual deliverables of the project.
  • Prepare and communicate the Project Plan to the client, project team, and Delivery Management.
  • Obtain Client sign-off on Project definition and scope, Project deliverables and agreed milestones, and all change control items.
  • Plan, manage, and maximize utilization of project resources.
  • Implement and manage project Change Control procedures.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeframe.
  • Manage and own the resolution of all inter-work stream issues.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in varying geographical locations
  • Produce Project Dashboards and hold project meetings, regularly, with the team and separately with the client to ensure that the project is on track.
  • Inform Natech Management on issues outside their own responsibilities that may affect the success of a project or Natech’s position.
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables according to Natech Delivery Methodology and standards with supporting documentation.
  • Carry out end-of-project performance appraisals for consultants involved, identify with them, and report training and development needs.
  • Ensure the promotion of Natech's image by the team at the client site.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with the client and ensure he is fully satisfied.
  • Identify and advise the Account Managers of opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Ensure appropriate submission of project team timesheets, approve timesheets and expense claims, and provide Finance with accurate information for invoicing purposes.
  • Provide assistance and advice to the project team members in the execution of their tasks and motivate the team for success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information systems project management, ideally in a banking environment.
  • In-depth experience in Banking Systems, preferably gained through package systems environments.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • People Management experience
  • Team player
  • IT oriented: Knowledge of a banking software application, Excellent skills in Powerpoint, Excel, MS Plan as well as other MS Office environment applications.
