Your Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of online projects, which includes overseeing UX/UI design, development, testing, and final delivery. This individual will serve as the liaison among clients, third-party vendors, and our internal production teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and the provision of high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee all phases of projects: UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, testing, and delivery.
- Create and continuously update detailed project timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Client & Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external vendors.
- Facilitate client meetings, present plans and deliverables, and foster client satisfaction by building strong relationships and understanding business requirements.
- Production Oversight:
- Convert client requirements into comprehensive specification documents for the production team.
- Collaborate with IT, UX/UI design, development, and digital marketing teams to provide solutions that fulfill client objectives.
- Supervise the assignment of tasks and allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Problem Solving & Testing:
- Proactively address technical challenges and project adjustments.
- Organize testing processes to ensure the functionality and quality of delivered solutions.
- Training & Documentation:
- Create user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users on the developed solutions.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Technical qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale web projects.
- A robust understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
- Technical expertise in web development processes and associated technologies.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with project delivery and collaboration tools (MS Project, Wrike, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
