The successful candidates will be part of a multinational team, based in our Athens offices and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative financial solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.
- Develop project plans that display project milestones and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the project’s scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
- Manage changes in scope and schedules.
- Identify risks on a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans.
- Seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
- A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
- Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
