As a Junior Engagement Manager, you will serve as a program leader, overseeing the successful delivery of both short-term and long-term projects. You will manage the day-to-day execution of client engagements while guiding and mentoring project team members. Your role requires ensuring that recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive, bringing value to our clients.

You will contribute significantly to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance solutions, developing tailor-made strategies while collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful and sustainable results.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Engagement Manager at Qualco will include:

  • Lead consulting engagements from the pre-sales phase to the successful delivery of projects, focusing on scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes;
  • Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery;
  • Lead and coordinate the technology implementation project team;
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and enhance service offerings based on client experiences;
  • Provide consulting and adjust technical solutions to address complex client issues and optimize performance;
  • Facilitate innovation engagement opportunities by shaping value propositions, project proposals, engagement roadmaps, advisory sessions, proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilots;
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas within technology solutions while ensuring financial performance of assigned customer segments;
  • Coach and mentor team members;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered;
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal; stakeholder communication;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong aptitude for analytical work, including the ability to interpret complex data and identify critical issues;
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in key industries such as Banking, Energy, or Retail;
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.);
  • Understanding of AI concepts.
